Last night, I listened to my friends @TheNerdyHippies on an X Space.
They talk about gaming, and last night, wrestling too, and are big fans of the Evercade consoles.

I don’t have an Evercade yet, but I wanted to listen to the show since the guys seem cool on X and I figured talking old school wrestling would be cool too.

There weren’t many people online, so at least it got to be a cool little group talking about stuff. They played a lot of Evercade games and it really looked cool.

The guys were also having giveaways and I actually won my first Evercade cartridge!

So now I’m interested in buying one.
If I can still find a VS-R Neon Retro, I’ll buy it. I haven’t had luck finding one yet.

Instead, I’ll probably buy the EXP-R first. I could use a handheld with a lot of game options like the Switch. I actually find it harder to sit in front of a console most of the time. It’s like you have to devote time for a console. With a handheld, you feel like you can just play it whenever more.

(I’m just not much in front of a TV anymore)

Besides, I can get an EXP-R with a Tomb Raider bundle. I never did play any of the Tomb Raider series.
Seems like a perfect place to start!

The cartridge that I won last night was Atari Arcade 2.
It includes: Berzerk, Frenzy, Tazz-Mania, Lost Tomb, Moon War, Dark Planet, Rescue, Mine Field, Fire Truck, and Maze Invders.
I can’t wait to start playing Lost Tomb.

Ironic considering the Tomb Raider connection 😆
