Dear Sony,

Before you consider moving to an entirely digital game library, I fully encourage you to work on your shitty network and your inept as fuck “support” staff.

None of your users can trust either one.

Today, there are players on the PlayStation Network that steal accounts and information. There is also no remedy from the retarded, script-reading support personnel.

If every purchase and all game content can be lost at any point in time because of the shift to digital only or because of your pathetically weak network security, then no one is going to keep buying your shit.

I will never buy another digital Sony product or subscribe to any membership.
Even if Sony returns to physical media, I’ll never buy again because I think they’re too fucking weak to handle a network properly.

Don’t forget… this is my second Sony account we’re talking about. I lost an account in 2010 or so because of Sony’s fucked up network getting hacked.

After 30 years of brand loyalty, I am finished with Sony.
